On-The-Day Coordination

For couples who’ve done the planning and want someone they can trust to run the day.
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, I’ll get fully up to speed - your timeline, your suppliers, your preferences. On the day itself, I’m the person in the background making sure everything happens when it should, so you don’t have to think about it.

Full wedding day timeline
Supplier liaison in the run-up to the day
On-the-day coordination from setup to close
Handling any issues as they arise
Partial Planning
From £950
For couples who want to stay hands-on but could do with expert support at key points.
I’ll work alongside you through the planning process - helping with supplier recommendations, keeping your timeline on track, and stepping in wherever you need me. Includes full on-the-day coordination.

Full Planning
From £1,150
For couples who want the whole thing taken care of.
I’ll work with you from the very beginning - helping shape your vision, source and book suppliers, manage your budget, and coordinate every detail through to the end of your wedding day. You stay involved as you want to be; I’ll handle everything else.

Budget guidance and management
Supplier sourcing and booking
Regular planning meetings
Complete on-the-day coordination
